It looks like this crash might happen. Take a position and only one of the ETS,go long the DOG with 50 shares or short DIA with 50 shares.
Buy 50 shares of DOG at $86.50 with a stop at $81.80.
OR
sell short 50 shares of DIA @ $84.25 with a stop at $89.94
